What you pay on top of the maker's price

The maker's figure is for the vehicle. Registration, the number plate and the first token tax are charged by the excise department of the province you register in, and they differ by province.

  • Sindh charges its registration fee as a percentage of the vehicle's value. For a motorcycle it is 1% up to 149cc and 2% from 150cc, on Excise Sindh's Motor Vehicle Tax page read on 8 October 2026. How Sindh's register works.
  • Islamabad's token tax changed on 1 July 2026: the Islamabad token tax calculator gives the figure for a motorcycle from the enacted rates.
  • Toyota's prices say they exclude withholding tax, which is collected at registration and depends on whether you file a tax return. We do not quote a rate we have not verified; the excise office will.
