Car prices in Pakistan: the makers' own figures

Suzuki prices

Every car on Pak Suzuki's All Product Prices page, cheapest first. Each model's page lists the variants and, beside each, the tax the list shows for a filer and a non-filer.

Toyota prices

Every Toyota Indus model with a price on toyota-indus.com, cheapest first. The range is from the cheapest to the dearest variant; each model's page lists them.

Honda prices

Honda Atlas Cars shows a figure for each variant and marks it “Starting From”; its price calculator then adds delivery by destination, optional features and the tax-filer status.

Hyundai prices

Hyundai Nishat prints one “From” price per model on its home page, so these are starting prices; higher variants cost more and are not listed on the page we read.

Where these prices come from

Each figure was read from the maker's website on the date shown beside it, and a daily check re-reads every source page to confirm the figure is still printed there, except where a site blocks automated reading and is re-read by hand. What a figure includes is the maker's own description:

Pak Suzuki

The "Price" column of the All Product Prices page on suzukipakistan.com, which lists beside each car a "Tax for filer" and a "Tax for non-filer" amount. The page does not say what the price itself includes. Of the Fronx it adds: "Introductory price may change without any prior notice."

Toyota Indus Motor Company

Toyota Indus's own words: "suggested retail prices, ex-factory Karachi, per unit inclusive of 18% sales tax" and "exclusive of withholding tax". One of its pricing panels says 17% sales tax where the others say 18%. The figures are the ones its site's showroom and pricing panels render.

Honda Atlas Cars

The figure Honda Atlas Cars shows for each variant on honda.com.pk, where the home page marks it "Starting From" and adds "For detailed price kindly use price calculator". That calculator adds a delivery charge by destination (Rs 30,000 to Lahore, for example), optional features and the tax-filer status, so the delivered total is higher. The site sits behind an anti-bot check, so these figures were read in a browser by hand and are re-read the same way.

Hyundai Nishat Motor

The "From PKR" starting price Hyundai Nishat prints beside each model on its home page. Higher variants cost more, and the page does not list them.

Proton Pakistan

The "PKR" figure Proton Pakistan prints beside each variant on its home page. The page does not say what the figure includes.

What you pay on top of the maker's price

The maker's figure is for the vehicle. Registration, the number plate and the first token tax are charged by the excise department of the province you register in, and they differ by province.

• Sindh charges its registration fee as a percentage of the vehicle's value. For a car or jeep it is 1% up to 1000cc, 1.25% to 1300cc, 2.25% to 2500cc and 5% above that, on Excise Sindh's Motor Vehicle Tax page read on 8 October 2026. How Sindh's register works.
• Islamabad's token tax changed on 1 July 2026: the Islamabad token tax calculator gives the figure for a car from the enacted rates.
• Toyota's prices say they exclude withholding tax, which is collected at registration and depends on whether you file a tax return. We do not quote a rate we have not verified; the excise office will.

Makers not listed here, and why

A price appears on this site only when we have read it on the maker's own website. On 8 October 2026 these makers' sites could not be read, or printed no price on the pages we could reach, so their models are not listed rather than copied from somebody else.

• KIA Lucky Motors, MG, Changan, Sazgar (Haval): their sites either would not load for us or publish no price on the pages we could read.

We try the unreachable sites again every day. On 16 October 2026: KIA Lucky Motors was still unreachable; MG Motor Pakistan was still unreachable; Sazgar (Haval) was still unreachable.
