Why the price can be higher at your shop
OGRA's notification sets a maximum ex-depot price, which it says applies at 23 depot locations and covers primary freight only. Beyond those locations, and in special areas of Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and the Northern Areas, oil companies may also charge secondary freight up to the outlet. OGRA's petrol and diesel prices are also before the freight to each pump, and the pump finder shows what each PSO pump adds.
